Collina Strada accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that sale items and custom pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the original invoice is included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
